Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

Clean hair is always best! Please come in with freshly washed hair and no hair products. Dirty hair creates a barrier and prevents color or lightener from penetrating into the cuticle. It will negatively affect the end results.

Can I bring my kids?

A salon environment can be a dangerous and very boring place for little ones. It is not recommended to bring them. Bringing children to your appointment also takes away from your relaxing experience.

What type of payment do you take?

I accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo & exact change if cash is preferred, I do not carry cash change.

Can I order food while I get my hair done?

Light snacks and refreshments are provided, but you are more than welcome to order food while you get your hair done. 

Where do I park?

There is plenty of public parking behind the salon off 1st Ave and Wheeler.

What happens if I cancel or need to reschedule my appointment?

I understand circumstances out of your control may arise. I will do my best to be as fair as possible. Please be fair in respecting my time as well.

More than 48 hours: if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, I am happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge. 

Less than 48 hours: if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment a $75 charge must be paid prior to booking a new appointment. 

What happens if I'm late?

Please call or text if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. I will do everything I can to provide you the full service you have booked. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your full service and still be on time for my next client.

It is important to me that all guests love their hair.

If you want your cut a little shorter, more layers, a darker toner, or decide you don’t like something due to technical error, please contact me within 7 days to have it adjusted. I am happy to rectify any mistakes made on my end. Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of your original date of service. Beyond that, full service charges do apply.

Due to the extensive time and product spent during your color services & extension appointments, I do not offer refunds.
